Before Winter Comes 1969 DVD

A British officer, in charge of a displaced persons' camp at the end of World War II, discovers that his interpreter is a Russian deserter. According to regulations, the man should be sent back to the Soviet sector for punishment, but there is more than one person in the camp who wants to give the Russian his chance for freedom.
